How a Bach Flower Email Assessment Works
A personalized Bach Flower Assessment is a simple, fully remote way to receive individualized emotional wellness support without scheduling a phone call, Zoom appointment, or in-person visit.
Everything is completed through the booking process and email, making it easy to participate from wherever you live and on your own schedule.
Step 1: Book Your Assessment
When you book your Bach Flower Assessment, the appropriate questionnaire is automatically included as part of the booking process.
Assessments are available for:
Adults
Children
Animals
You do not need to request a separate form or wait for additional instructions before getting started. The questions are built directly into the appointment booking process.
Step 2: Complete the Questionnaire
The questionnaire gives you space to share what is currently happening emotionally and what kind of support you are seeking.
Depending on whether the assessment is for an adult, child, or animal, the questions may explore areas such as:
Current emotions or concerns
Repeating thoughts or emotional patterns
Stressful changes or recent transitions
Fears, uncertainty, or overwhelm
Confidence and motivation
Grief or difficulty adjusting
Emotional or behavioral changes
The type of support you hope to receive
There are no perfect answers. The goal is simply to provide an honest picture of what feels most present right now.
For a child, the questionnaire is completed by a parent or guardian.
For an animal, the caregiver provides information about the animal’s personality, behavior, history, environment, and any recent changes.
Step 3: I Review Your Responses
Once your booking and questionnaire are submitted, I carefully review your responses.
I look for the emotional themes, reactions, and patterns that appear most relevant. From there, I identify the Bach Flower Remedies that most closely correspond with what you or your animal are currently experiencing.
The recommendations are personalized. Two people facing a similar situation may receive different remedy suggestions because their emotional responses may be very different.
For example, one person going through a major change may feel fearful, while another may feel discouraged, overwhelmed, uncertain, or unable to let go of the past.
The assessment focuses on the individual response rather than simply the situation itself.
Step 4: Receive Your Recommendations by Email
You will receive your completed assessment and personalized remedy recommendations by email within two days.
Your email will explain which remedies were selected and the emotional patterns traditionally associated with each one.
Because the assessment is delivered in writing, you can:
Read through the recommendations at your own pace
Refer back to them later
Reflect on the emotional patterns that were identified
Decide whether you would like to add a custom blend
There is no live appointment time to remember and no need to rearrange your schedule for a call.
Optional Custom Bach Flower Blend
You may add a custom Bach Flower blend to your assessment.
The blend is prepared using the remedies selected through your personalized assessment and mailed directly to you. Shipping is included.
