You do not have to become a Reiki practitioner to learn Reiki.

Reiki I is for anyone who wants a practical way to work with Reiki in their own life—to support relaxation, balance, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with their own energy. You do not need prior energy-healing experience, you do not need to be able to “feel energy,” and you do not need to have a future Reiki business in mind. You can begin simply because you want Reiki for yourself.

This self-paced Usui Online Holy Fire® III Reiki I certification course gives you a strong foundation without requiring you to spend an entire day sitting in an online class or dedicating a weekend to your training. You can move through the lessons at your own pace, return to the material when you need it, and give yourself time to actually practice what you are learning.

Throughout the course, you will learn what Reiki is, how it is traditionally understood to work, Reiki history and principles, Japanese Reiki techniques, energy awareness, and how to begin a meaningful self-Reiki practice. You will work with your authorized Reiki manual and a custom Healing Energy Studio workbook designed to become a long-term reference—not something you finish once and forget.

You’ll also complete guided practices and experiences throughout the course and receive your required Reiki I Online Placement live with April via Zoom.

Reiki I is primarily centered on using Reiki for yourself. Parents may also use Reiki with their own children, making it a beautiful skill to bring into everyday family life.

What makes this course different is the combination of flexibility and real instruction. You are not simply purchasing a collection of prerecorded videos. You are learning within an established Reiki system, completing structured coursework and practice, receiving your Placement directly with your Reiki Master Teacher, and leaving with resources you can continue using long after the course is complete.

By the end of Reiki I, you will have:

• A foundational understanding of Reiki and how to work with it

• Practical techniques for self-Reiki and energy awareness

• Experience with foundational Japanese Reiki practices

• Your own developing Reiki practice

• A detailed workbook you can continue using after class

• Your Reiki I Online Placement

• Certification in Usui Online Holy Fire® III Reiki I upon successful completion of the course

You do not have to master Reiki before you begin. You begin by learning, practicing, noticing, and allowing your relationship with Reiki to develop from there.

Start with Reiki for yourself. Everything else can grow from that.
