Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through the online booking system provided by Healing Energy Studio, LLC. By booking a session, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time and canceled up to 12 hours prior using the scheduling link provided in your confirmation email.

If a life circumstance arises outside of these timeframes, rescheduling may be considered at the practitioner’s discretion. In such cases, please contact Healing Energy Studio directly at:

Refund Policy

All sessions and services are non-refundable. By purchasing or booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Session Participation

Energy healing services offered by Healing Energy Studio, LLC are complementary wellness services intended to support relaxation and well-being. Participation in sessions is voluntary, and clients are responsible for their own health decisions and well-being.
