In-Person and Remote Emotion Code® Sessions: What to Expect
The Emotion Code® is an energy healing method designed to help identify and release trapped emotional energy stored in the body.
These trapped emotions can form during stressful or overwhelming experiences. Over time, they may contribute to emotional patterns, tension, or feelings of being stuck.
Emotion Code sessions are designed to help the body release emotional energy it may no longer need to hold.
Many people are surprised to learn that Emotion Code sessions can be done both in person and remotely, and that remote sessions are often just as effective.
How Emotion Code Sessions Work
Emotion Code sessions use a technique called muscle testing to communicate with the body’s subconscious mind.
This process helps identify trapped emotional energy that may be ready to be released.
Once a trapped emotion is identified, it can be released using a simple method that works with the body’s natural energy pathways.
Each release allows the body to restore a little more balance.
How Remote Emotion Code Sessions Work
Most of my Emotion Code sessions are conducted remotely using Zoom, which allows us to remain connected and communicate throughout the session.
During the session, I use myself as a proxy for muscle testing. This means I test my own muscle response while focusing on your energy field.
This technique allows the subconscious mind to communicate which trapped emotions may be ready to release.
As we move through the session, I share the findings with you in real time so you understand what we’re discovering and releasing.
Many clients find it helpful to hear the process as it unfolds.
What Happens During a Session
Emotion Code sessions are usually conversational and relaxed.
We begin with a brief discussion about how you’re feeling or any patterns you’ve been noticing in your life.
From there, we begin muscle testing to identify trapped emotional energy.
My goal during a session is to release at least five trapped emotions, though often more can be released depending on what the subconscious mind indicates is ready.
Some sessions release many emotions, while others move more gradually. The body tends to release what it is ready to process within the time available.
Each session is unique.
