Reiki Sessions
A place to stop doing and simply receive
You do not always need to analyze, fix, process, or figure something out.
Sometimes you need a quiet place for your mind to slow down, your body to soften, and your energy to settle.
Reiki offers gentle energetic support while you rest. There is nothing you need to do correctly and nothing you need to prove. You are welcome to simply receive.
This May Be a Good Fit If…
• I cannot seem to slow my mind down.
• I feel stressed, overwhelmed, or depleted.
• I want to feel more peaceful.
• I need rest.
• I feel emotionally or energetically drained.
• I am moving through grief, transition, or change.
• I want energy work without needing to talk much.
• I simply want time to receive.
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that supports relaxation, energetic balance, and overall well-being.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner offers Reiki through light touch or with hands positioned just above the body. You remain fully clothed, and the session is quiet, gentle, and non-invasive.
You do not need to meditate, visualize, talk through problems, or hold a particular spiritual belief. You can come with curiosity, skepticism, familiarity, or faith.
Choose How You Would Like to Receive Your Session
Distant Reiki — Off Camera
Reserve a scheduled time for your session, but we do not meet live. At your appointment time, you can rest, meditate, take a quiet walk, read, or simply continue your day while I offer Reiki remotely.
The appointment time is reserved specifically for your distant Reiki session even though there is no live call. If questions come up afterward, you are welcome to reach out by email.
What Might Reiki Feel Like?
Every person experiences Reiki differently.
You may notice warmth, coolness, tingling, heaviness, lightness, emotional release, a sense of spaciousness, or deep relaxation. You may fall asleep. You may simply feel calm. You may not notice a strong physical sensation at all.
All of those experiences are okay. There is no “right” way to receive Reiki.
Live Zoom Reiki
Meet with me online and receive Reiki in real time from the comfort of your own space. We connect briefly at the beginning, and then you can settle somewhere comfortable and simply receive. You are welcome to leave your camera on or turn it off once the session begins.
In-Person Reiki
Receive Reiki while resting comfortably in the studio. Sessions may include light touch or hands held just above the body, depending on your preference. Your comfort and boundaries guide the session.
