Sometimes we describe ourselves as guarded, closed off, or hesitant to trust. Those are ordinary human experiences, and they can arise for many reasons.
In the Emotion Code® method, a “Heart Wall” is the name given to a proposed energetic pattern of trapped emotions associated with protection around the heart. It is a concept within that energy-healing system, not a physical wall or a medical diagnosis.
Why the idea resonates
Many of us have learned to protect ourselves after disappointment or hurt. Protection can be wise. The challenge is recognizing when a familiar way of staying safe may no longer fit every situation.
That doesn't mean everyone has a Heart Wall or that opening your heart is always the goal. It means the language of this approach may offer a starting point for personal reflection.
What happens in a session?
In my Heart Wall sessions, I use the Emotion Code process, which includes muscle testing and the system's method for identifying and releasing what it calls trapped emotional energy. We work with an intention, and you remain free to ask questions or stop at any time.
You do not need to retell painful events in detail. You also don't need to believe a particular emotional outcome will follow. Responses vary, and the work is offered as complementary spiritual or wellness support—not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Is this the right session for you?
If you have a clearly defined emotional focus and are curious about this particular method, a Heart Wall appointment may be worth exploring. If you're looking for a broader, highly individualized session, compare the other options before booking.

Curiosity is enough to begin. You don't need to arrive with a diagnosis.
