I’m happy to share that I have completed my Bach Flower Remedy certification and am now offering personalized Bach Flower Assessments through Healing Energy Studio.
Bach Flower Remedies are selected according to the emotions, patterns, and responses a person or animal is currently experiencing. They are not selected according to a medical diagnosis. Instead, the process looks at questions such as:
What feels emotionally heavy right now?
What thoughts, feelings, or reactions keep repeating?
Where do you feel stuck, uncertain, fearful, or overwhelmed?
What kind of emotional support may be helpful during this season of life?
A personalized assessment offers a gentle way to explore these questions and identify the remedies that most closely reflect your current emotional needs.
How a Bach Flower Assessment Works
All personalized Bach Flower Assessments are completed entirely through email, so no scheduled phone call or Zoom appointment is required.
After booking, you will complete a questionnaire about your current emotions, concerns, responses, and goals. I will carefully review your answers and identify the Bach Flower Remedies that most closely correspond with what you are experiencing.
You will then receive your personalized assessment and remedy recommendations by email.

Optional 5 mL custom blend: $16
Optional 10 mL custom blend: $25
Shipping is included with custom blends.
A custom blend may be added when you book your assessment or ordered after your assessment has been completed. Your blend will be prepared using the remedies selected through your personalized assessment and mailed directly to you.
Add Bach Flower Support to Another Session
A Bach Flower Assessment does not have to be booked as a completely separate part of your healing journey. You can add an assessment to many other Healing Energy Studio services, including:

This gives you the option to receive support from more than one direction.
For example, an Emotion Code or Body Code session may focus on identifying and releasing energetic imbalances, while a Bach Flower Assessment offers additional support centered on your current emotions, reactions, and repeating patterns.
Someone receiving Reiki or Intuitive Energy Healing may choose to add an assessment as another way to support emotional balance between sessions.
Bach Flower support may also be added to animal sessions when a pet is experiencing emotional or behavioral changes.

Why I Added Bach Flower Remedies to My Practice
What drew me to Bach Flower Remedies was their individualized and emotionally focused approach.
The process encourages us to look beyond the situation itself and consider how that experience is affecting the individual person or animal.
This approach fits naturally with the other services I offer through Healing Energy Studio. Emotion Code, Body Code, Reiki, Intuitive Energy Healing, and Bach Flower Remedies each provide a different way to support emotional and energetic well-being.
My goal is not to use the same method for every concern. It is to offer thoughtful options that can be used individually or combined in a way that feels supportive for each client’s healing journey.
