Each offering below is designed to meet you where you are and support healing at your own pace.

  • Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy work that supports the body’s natural ability to relax, rebalance, and heal. It does not require any belief system, religious affiliation, or prior experience to receive its benefits. Many people come to Reiki simply feeling curious, stressed, emotionally heavy, or out of balance—often without knowing exactly what they’re looking for, only that something feels off.

    During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed while light touch or hands-off techniques are used to support the body’s nervous system and energetic balance. Sessions are calm, quiet, and deeply supportive, often creating a sense of rest and ease that allows the body to shift out of survival mode and into a state where healing can naturally unfold.

    For those new to energy work, Reiki is often experienced as subtle yet profound—perhaps a feeling of warmth, relaxation, emotional release, clarity, or simply a deep sense of peace. For those familiar with Reiki, sessions offer a space to deepen your connection to your own energy, support ongoing healing, and maintain balance through life’s transitions.

    My Reiki sessions are gentle, trauma- and grief-informed, and always guided by respect for your comfort, boundaries, and personal pace. Nothing is forced, and nothing is required of you—this is a space to simply receive.

  • Animal Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that supports animals on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Animals are naturally sensitive to subtle energy and often respond openly to Reiki, receiving exactly what they need in the moment—whether that is relaxation, comfort, or energetic balance.

    Sessions may be offered in a way that honors each animal’s preferences and boundaries. Reiki can be shared through quiet presence, hands-on techniques when appropriate, or through distance sessions, which allow energy to be offered without physical contact. This makes Animal Reiki suitable for a wide range of animals, including companion animals, senior pets, anxious or recovering animals, and those who may not tolerate hands-on interaction.

    During a session, I create a calm, intentional healing space and allow the Reiki energy to flow where it is most needed. Animals are always in control of how they receive the energy, and their responses guide the session. Some animals relax deeply, while others may move, rest nearby, or simply receive in subtle ways.

    Animal Reiki does not replace veterinary care, but it can be a supportive complement alongside medical treatment, behavioral work, or end-of-life care. My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and listening—to both the animal and their unique needs—while supporting harmony, ease, and overall well-being.

    Animal Reiki sessions begin with a brief consultation via Zoom with the animal’s guardian to understand the animal’s needs, environment, and current situation. Reiki is then offered in a quiet, intentional space through distance healing, allowing the animal to receive the energy in a way that feels safest and most supportive to them. The guardian does not need to be present during the session.

    Animals always receive Reiki in the way that is most appropriate for them. No outcome is guaranteed, and each session is unique.

  • Healing Energy Blended Sessions are intuitively guided sessions that weave together elements of Reiki, energy balancing, and other supportive techniques based on what your body and energy system are ready for in the moment. Rather than following a fixed structure, these sessions are responsive and fluid, allowing the work to unfold in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and aligned with your unique needs.

    This offering is especially well-suited for those who may not know exactly what modality they’re drawn to, but feel a pull toward gentle support, balance, or relief from emotional or energetic heaviness. No prior experience with energy work is necessary, and no specific belief system is required—only openness to rest and receive.

    Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and trauma- and grief-informed, with a strong emphasis on safety, consent, and honoring your body’s pace. Some people experience deep relaxation, clarity, or emotional release, while others simply notice a subtle shift toward greater ease and balance. Each experience is unique, and all responses are welcome.

    For those already familiar with energy work, blended sessions offer a spacious container for ongoing maintenance, integration, or deeper support during times of transition or stress. These sessions allow flexibility and intuition to guide the work, supporting the whole person—body, mind, and energy—without forcing or directing outcomes.

  • The Emotion Code is a gentle method of identifying and releasing emotional energies that may have become trapped in the body through life experiences. These emotions are often formed during moments of stress, loss, or overwhelm and can remain stored in the body long after the original situation has passed—sometimes without our conscious awareness.

    This work does not require you to relive memories, retell your story, or emotionally process past events. Instead, sessions focus on working with the body’s innate intelligence to gently bring balance where it’s ready to shift. Many people are drawn to The Emotion Code because it offers a supportive way to address emotional weight without needing to “dig” or force healing.

    For those who are new to energy-based approaches, The Emotion Code can feel both simple and surprising. Clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, or more at ease after sessions, even when they weren’t sure what to expect. For those already familiar with this work, sessions provide continued support for emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deeper healing over time.

    My approach to The Emotion Code is gentle, intuitive, and trauma- and grief-informed. Sessions are guided by consent, safety, and respect for your body’s timing—nothing is rushed, and nothing is forced. This work meets you where you are and supports release only when your system is ready.

    At this time, The Emotion Code is offered only to volunteers through a direct scheduling link as I complete my certification. Certification is expected to be completed this Spring. If you’re interested in participating as a volunteer, please reach out to me directly for more information.

  • The Body Code is a comprehensive energy-based system designed to help identify and address imbalances within the body that may be contributing to physical discomfort, emotional stress, or a general sense of being out of alignment. This work views the body as an interconnected whole—recognizing that physical, emotional, energetic, and even environmental factors can all influence well-being.

    Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, The Body Code works with the body’s innate intelligence to gently uncover areas of imbalance and support the body in restoring balance at a pace that feels safe and appropriate. Sessions are non-invasive and do not require you to analyze, relive, or emotionally process past experiences.

    For those new to energy work, The Body Code offers a structured yet gentle approach that often feels surprisingly intuitive and supportive. For those already familiar with this modality, it can provide deeper insight into layered patterns and offer continued support for maintaining balance over time.

    Certification in The Body Code is anticipated later this year. At this time, Body Code sessions are not publicly bookable. Information about availability and future offerings will be shared once certification is complete.
